The mission  of the COMPANY is to facilitate provision of   residential units (residential plots, apartments, independent floors, farm plots etc) to all including Defence and Paramilitary forces Personnel, both serving and retired, and their spouses or dependents at affordable prices by in small real estate projects located in close proximity of existing medical facilities, educational centres and re-employment opportunities so as to enable the Soldiers to live together even after retirement from active service in a dignified manner.
