Booking Priority Considerations:-

Priority-I: Paid LDS registrants upto 15 Aug 2011 (only if the registrant apply for a residential unit within 30 days of announcement of the scheme depending upon availability of residential unit on the day of application)
Priority-II: Transfer cases of Paid LDS registration up to 15 Aug 2011 (only if the registrant applies for a residential unit within 30 days of announcement of the scheme depending upon availability of residential unit on the day of application)
Priority-III: Sainik Welfare Card Holder (Card issued after 15 Aug 2011) {only if the Card Holder is in possession of the SWC Card on the date of opening of scheme}, he/she can apply for a residential unit within 30 days of announcement of the scheme depending upon availability of residential unit on the day of application.
Priority-IV: Free LDS applicants can apply for a residential unit only after 30 days of announcement of the scheme depending upon availability of residential unit on the day of application)
Priority-V: General Beneficiaries under open category can apply for a residential unit only after 60 days of announcement of the scheme depending upon availability of residential unit on the day of application.

Please Note: An Applicant will be considered only under one PRIORITY ( I - III ) as given above for the purpose of booking of ANY ONE residential unit and availing applicable discount.

Free Location Demand Survey:-

The following procedure will be followed for conducting Free Locations Demand Survey to assess viability of a proposed scheme of SWO-INDIA and subsequent registration for the scheme thereafter.

What is LDS

The initial step in the process of Project Planning by SWO-INDIA in a particular town or city is the Location Demand Survey. LDS means a procedure to be followed by the Organization to undertake any survey to generate adequate demand from interested/prospective beneficiaries for a location for the purpose of facilitating a residential housing project. Location demand survey is an analysis undertaken to assess and study the feasibility of the prospective project anywhere in India considering the interest and perception of the prospective applicants and / or beneficiaries. The locations opened for the survey are based on the recommendations & suggestions received from its eligible beneficiaries through mails, e-mails & SMSs.

Period For Survey: The survey period may last for up to 3 years to generate adequate demand amongst the beneficiaries, conduct survey and subsequently arrange for suitable Govt. approved residential project.

Locations to be considered for Survey: All Districts in India

Considerations for Selection of Residential Sites

Very economical and affordable rates.
10 -15% cheaper than the ongoing market rates.
Preferably in close proximity of Cantonment areas.
Preferably in close proximity of highways/sector roads.
Within 10-20 Km from center of the town.
Preferably on the axis road of Cantonment.
Preferably in close proximity of railway stations.
Preferably near educational centers/institutes of higher studies.

Locations, Sizes & Specifications of Residential Units

Exact location of the project shall be declared only after completion of demand survey.

All complexes with residential plots shall be planned with tentative sizes of approx 110, 160 & 200 Sq Yds plots.
All complexes with residential apartments shall be planned with the following tentative covered areas:
1. 1 BHK (1 Bedroom + Drawing Room + Dining Hall + Kitchen+ 1 Toilet+ 1 Balcony) : size 500-600 Sqft
2. 2 BHK (2 Bedrooms + Drawing Room + Dining Hall + Kitchen+ 2 Toilet+ 1 Balcony) : size 650-750 Sqft
3. 3 BHK (3 Bedrooms + Drawing Room + Dining Hall + Kitchen+ 2 Toilet +2 Balcony): size 850-950 Sqft
4. Studio Apartments: One Bed Room including space for Kitchen, Toilet, Sitting and a balcony: size 150-250 sq ft
Detailed specifications and layout shall be provided to registrants on completion of project formalities.

Benefits for Free LDS Registrants

Free LDS registrants are permitted to give 3 locations of their choice for conduct of survey by SWO-INDIA.
All Free LDS registrants will be informed about opening of every residential scheme through SMS facility.
Free LDS registrants will be permitted to apply for registration of any residential unit in any scheme announced by SWO-INDIA and not restricted to the choices given by the applicant.
Free LDS registrants will be considered for registration/booking of residential unit under Priority –IV of the Booking Priority Consideration.
Free LDS registrants will get SWO-India Newsletters as and when published.

Other Conditions for Free LDS Registrants

On completion of minimum number of applicants for any location SWO-INDIA shall announce the scheme at that location.
Every project when fully developed and allotted is treated as a Society for which all applicants are required to accept membership .
All Free LDS registrants are informed telephonically and through SMSs on their mobile numbers to seek provisional booking as and when it is announced.
All willing applicants for the announced scheme will have to fill up the Application Form, available on the website and send it to SWO-INDIA along with the required documents and payments. Click for Application Form
SWO-INDIA will not accept application forms more than the availability of residential units in case scheme is opened on “first come first basis” or “first choice, first payment, first served”. However a waiting list of 10% of total availability shall be maintained as “Reserve List” to cater for cancellation and withdrawals during the period of development /construction of the scheme.
In case the availability of land for the scheme is as per the required demand generated in the paid LDS, the scheme shall be opened only for Paid LDS registrants under Priority-I of the Booking Priority Considerations.
